Day 56

Mrs. Oh 2020. 7. 22. 17:13

From telephone number to the dates for important meetings, we save them on our smart phone. Without our phone, we might have difficulties keep us on regular daily routine.

The author suggests a few ways to build a stronger memory. First, he says, we should figure out how we learn best and recommends several ways to figure our how we learn. Second, the author says be selective about what we delegate. He said that we should regularly evaluate whether the tasks we do delegate could actually benefit us. For example, tasks that help us repeat and recall information. He says this prcess help our short-term memories turnted into long-term memory.

Last thing that the author recommand is that prioritize imformation by newness not importance. He says that we can memorized better at things that we just learned so try to memorize things as soon as we learned the imformation could be more beneficial than try to add it to our memory bank after doing something else.
